Depending on your product selection your order will be delivered. Most products are delivered within 1 week, however, some products that are out of stock have a waiting period that is mentioned in the information section. Our aim is to accelerate the delivery process and let our clients receive their products hassle-free.

The world is our playground and we aim to provide customers with products from across the globe. Currently, Hotelity ships across the UAE. We plan to take the love for F&B products on a global level very soon.
We all love the touch, feel, and display of F&B products. You can call our helpful customer service desk and schedule an appointment to visit our warehouse and inspect the goods before placing a bulk order. At Hotelity you get what you see; retail or bulk.
If you change your mind and wish to refund your product/s, the following criteria are imperative to receive a refund.
- The products should be unused, unopened, and in an original state.
- Goods cannot be returned once received by the delivery personnel; the return must be made only through Hotelity’s management channel.
- Hotelity team member must be informed about the reason for return.
- Once the return is confirmed by the Hotelity team, goods will be couriered by the customer to Hotelity’s registered address. (Hotelity will not bear the charges for the return shipment).
- Once the goods are received, they will be checked by our executive and then the decision for refund will be considered.
- The return amount will be initiated within 45 working days of raising the request.
- Return will be made in the original mode of payment.
- The final decision of accepting the return solely lies with Hotelity.
We are confident that once you receive your order, you’d not want to exchange but instead order more. However, we are driven by superior experience for all shoppers, for hygiene reasons we do not entertain the exchange of products.
